We utilise the services of Katherine Scobie who is a permaculturalist to ensure we are creating the perfect growing environment.
Research shows that kids who are exposed to gardening have higher rates of immunity and lower rates of mental illness. Knowing where your food comes from, what is in season, how things grow, environmental influences on growth rates and so many other skills are learned from exposure to gardening.
